Returns and Exchanges
At Amaya, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you find that you need a different size, color, or style, or if the product doesn't live up to your hopes, we're here to help you.
Guidelines for Returns:
- Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before removing any tags or packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with a 3% restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount.
- All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of delivery to avoid cancellation or incurring additional fees.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return:
- To start a return process, email us at returns@amayatextiles.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- When requesting an RA, kindly include your order number and specify the items you wish to return.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have their tags intact and be sent back in their original packaging without any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition or timeliness of the returned merchandise.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You may choose any carrier you prefer.
- If you're returning items from multiple orders, they can be combined into one package, provided you initiate returns for each order and include all relevant return packing slips.
- Please allow 3-4 days for us to process your return once it reaches us.
