Guidelines for Returns:

• Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before removing any tags or packaging.
• Returns are accepted within 20 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with a 3% restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount.
• All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of delivery to avoid cancellation or incurring additional fees.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return:

• To start a return process, email us at returns@amayatextiles.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
• When requesting an RA, kindly include your order number and specify the items you wish to return.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have their tags intact and be sent back in their original packaging without any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition or timeliness of the returned merchandise.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You may choose any carrier you prefer.
• If you're returning items from multiple orders, they can be combined into one package, provided you initiate returns for each order and include all relevant return packing slips.
• Please allow 3-4 days for us to process your return once it reaches us.
